How does Click & Collect work?Updated 2 months ago

Click & Collect is a quick and convenient way to shop online and pick up in store. Here’s how it works: 

1. Choose your store at checkout when placing your order online or use the store locator at checkout to find your nearest participating Tarocash store
2. Place order
3. Your order is processed through our online store for the store team to pack
4. Your order will usually be ready within 2 hours, and you will receive an email confirming it is ready for collection.
5. Collect in-store by bringing your order confirmation and a valid photo ID

The store team will give you a call on the number you provided if there are any issues with the order. We’ll hold your order for 14 days from the time you’re notified it’s ready.
