Tracking Your Return 

To help us process your return as quickly as possible, we highly recommend submitting it through our returns portal which you can access below:

New Zealand: Tarocash Returns Portal

This allows for better tracking, faster processing and a reference for us incase any issues arise with your return delivery.

Once We Receive Your Return 

As soon as your return arrives at our warehouse: 

• A refund will be processed within 1-2 business days 
• You’ll receive a confirmation email once the refund is issued 

Please note are unable to process your return until we have physically received the item. If you’re not using our returns portal, we strongly suggest returning your parcel with a tracking number. This helps us assist you in the event your parcel is delayed or lost in transit.
