I received a faulty item, what can I do?Updated 2 months ago

Faulty Items

We take pride in the quality of every Tarocash product and carefully inspect all items before they leave our warehouse. However, if you believe you’ve received something with a manufacturing fault, we’re here to help.

You can lodge a faulty return via the below portals depending on your location:

Australia: Tarocash Returns Portal
New Zealand: Tarocash Returns Portal

Alternatively, you can also get in touch with our team here as soon as possible. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we may ask for photographic evidence of the fault. Refunds or replacements can’t be guaranteed without it.

What Counts as a Fault?

An item is considered faulty or not of acceptable quality if it:

  • Isn’t safe, durable, or free from unexpected issues (based on the product type and price).
  • Doesn’t perform as expected or is not fit for purpose.
  • Doesn’t match the description provided by us, including on packaging, labels, or in advertising.

To see our full faulty returns policy, you can visit our website for more information.
